CodinGame & CoderPad Launch 2022 Survey on Tech Recruitment Trends

The 2022 survey results are now live. Check them out here.

CodinGame has launched the 5th edition of their annual, global survey for developers and technical recruiters – this year, in partnership with CoderPad!

Here’s a little background information:

What’s the aim of the survey?

Collected answers help us get to know our community better, improve our programming platforms, fine-tune our recruitment tools and generally stay on top of our coding game.

They also help us educate and inform the companies we work with, making the tech recruiting circle a better, fairer place.

Who can take part?

The survey is aimed at developers (whether they’re self-taught, students, professionals, etc.) and any professionals involved in their company’s technical recruitment process.

How long does the survey take?

The survey takes roughly 10 minutes to complete.

Is the survey anonymous?

Yes, answers are completely anonymous.

What will we do with the results?

Each year, we cross analyze the results collected from our developer and recruiter communities. We pack exclusive insights and data into an annual report on just what it means to be a developer, work with developers and recruit developers today.

We highlight the latest trends in tech and address the gaps between developer expectations and companies’ business goals.

You can check out last year’s report here.

CodinGame and CoderPad: what’s our story?

CodinGame is both a game-based training platform for developers (codingame.com) and a powerful technical hiring suite for companies (CodinGame for Work).

CoderPad is a powerful, online solution for live collaborative coding interviews.

CodinGame and CoderPad recently joined forces. You can read more about our joint adventure here.

We share the same DNA, the same values, and, above all, the same vision for technical recruitment. Together, our ambition is huge: to establish skill-based recruitment as the norm in tech and to enable thousands of companies worldwide to find, assess and recruit developers like never before (cool, huh?).

STRUGGLING TO HIRE SKILLED DEVELOPERS?

There’s a better way to test coding skills.
