The approved version uses 19x19 in the top league. 9x9 Go is probably a very different game tactically.

Hello. I enjoyed a series of Go programs. AtariGo is for introductory purposes, so there are some holes in the competitive game. However, in the case of an actual "go" game, the "seki" judgment is difficult. I found a "pure go" that can be played with a slight change to Atari Go. The changes are also easy. The player with more stones on the board at the end will win. The rest of the rules should be the same. It's in Japanese. https://ja.wikipedia.org/...

This modification of go sounds quite interresting. And it sould be easy enough to calculate the points and the final state during the game. I'll try to create a game like this as soon as I find the time. :) The name of the modified game is "Pure Go"? It was a bit difficult to understand that part using google translate...

Since I was asked to upload a modified version of my Atari Go game with only 9x9 boards in every league ... well here it is :) It's only a slight modification of the original Atari Go multiplayer game (https://www.codingame.com/...). Changes (till now): - This one uses only one board size of 9x9 - The statements are updated to fit to the new rules If you have any further ideas or feature requests, please let me know :)
