Original Gym pendulum is designed as a benchmark for Q learning algorithm (see e.g https://mspries.github.io/...). It is well-suited to a first approach in the field of neural networks. Anyway, here that' s an overkill so I deleted the "Machine Learning" tag.

First impression 'kind of mars lander' which i love. Great. Then tried some tricks: reach full speed then at cos 0 break with full backward. Stop at vertical. And all tests passed. Got some disappointment while it has worked. Nevertheless great job with idea and animation.
