Nice fire animation. If you could make simmilar upgrade/degrade animation, it would be great. First what comes in mind is upgrade as green arrow on unit, facing top, moving a little towards top. Downgrade as red arrow facing down.

hey Konstant, After even after trying very hard i wasn't able to find animation for upgrade and degrade.So, i decided to make it manually myself and finally made using 'paint' and 'GIMP' in my laptop and updated the contribution you can have a look. Also contribution is approved now so you can play it also :)

What happens when two soldiers from opposite or same sides try to move to the same block? Do they collide and do not move ? If they move and have opposite sides, who owns the block ?

if you will try to move soldier in a block in which a soldier is already their then the soldier won't move.

Nice game. But I think there should be some attack animation, or at least the affected blocks flashing or some other indication the attack has happened.

There is disappearing animation as indicator and attack is only action which may cause it, in the opponent's turn.

Hey jrke29, I have played it and it's really fun, great game! Haven't noticed any malfuncion. Only small suggestion: add to statement about soldier level is 0 at beginning and range of levels are 0-10 Would be great if we could see level of soldiers on replay

Hey, nice game & idea. Consider changing the following: 1) Extincted is not a word - delete 2) change the sprite before moving, so the sprite is facing in the direction it moves and not in the direction it was moving in the previous step 3) Centre the player name above avatar, mine reaches to over the playing board 4) In the instructions, it is not clear what is the consequence of "Attack". Perhaps consider renaming "Attack" to "Assassinate"

The UPGRADE command should be removed from the level 1 statement and be highlighted green in the level 2 statement. Is the game your own personal creation or a port of an existing game ?

Hello jrke, I tried the game. Works fine. The 10x10 is too large for a "real war" in 200 turns. Perhaps 8x8 will be better : better density of the game ?

Looks great. Some suggestions to clarify the rules: Under BLOCK, add a note on income: Each turn, the player receives income from the number of blocks they control. Suppose in this picture the soldier is facing UP, then it can move to the GREEN coloured tiles and can't move to the RED coloured tile. So basically the soldier just can't move in the opposite direction of where it is facing. Suppose in this picture the soldier is facing UP, then the GREEN coloured tiles are soldier attacking sites. ATTACK ... and the level of the opponent's soldier should be less than or equal to your soldier's level. It costs you 35 Bucks to attack. The command for the action looks like - 'ATTACK ID OPPONENT_SOLDIER_ID' in which ID is the unique identifier of your soldier, and OPPONENT_SOLDIER_ID is the id of the opponent soldier that you want to attack. Minor typos: Lose Conditions: victoy -> victory refree code -> referee code Input per turn: Fix the   reprenseted -> represented Your code should respond in under 100 ms.
