Pit dimensions each time is mainly for consistency as I give the content in the same line and use the same format for the rotated blocks that you have to drop. Rotation: probably possible somehow (the toggle settings get save too). But also risky if you completely mess up your settings and I don't have an undo button :D And pit sizes change over different validators anyways.

Nice Game! And nice puzzle to solve too! After reading the rules, I have the same doubts as @Zenoscave. My suggestion is to add the information of your answer to @Zenoscave to the rules. Your answer is quite clear.

I'm still a little unsure if I should. If I want to stay close to the original, it's an argument against it (no next tile shown there). And it's possible to solve all testcases without (but I admit it's a little finetuning to find the right balance between not blocking any layers and not building too high. Would be nice to have 1 or 2 other opinions on this.
