The Oracle
Statement
The Oracle reads in the bowels of your computer and gives a response to all your questions (only if the answer is Yes or No)
OK, reading the bowels is not very efficient, so the Oracle behaves like this :
* it reads a sentence. Sentences are case-insensitive
* if the sentence does not terminate by a {{?}} character, he answers {{Please ask me a question}}
* If the sentence begins by one of the words {{Why}}, {{Where}}, {{Who}}, {{When}}, {{What}}, {{Which}}, {{Whose}}, {{How}}, he answers {{No matter}}
* If the sentence contains more words ending by a vowel (a, e, i, o, u) than words ending by a consonant, he answers {{Yes}}
* If the sentence contains less words ending by a vowel (a, e, i, o, u) than words ending by a consonant, he answers {{No}}
* In case the two numbers of words are equal, he answers {{Maybe}}.
